Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

Unless a different commercial warranty is stated on the product page before purchase, our physical products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

Coverage

If a verified manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement with a new product.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the supplied instructions.

Email support@senstide.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

We may request reasonable supporting information to assess the claim. Please contact us for instructions before sending a product back.

Applicable Consumer Rights

This warranty is subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to your purchase. It does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
